ForTii® (PA4T)

DSM PA4T in the Netherlands has a high melting point (325 ° C), a high glass transition temperature (125 ° C), a high heat distortion temperature (310 ° C) and a relative tracking index of 600 ° C (PLC level 0). Therefore, the moisture sensitivity level of this product can reach level 2 (MSL JEDEC 2), and its fluidity is higher than that of any halogen-free polyphthalamide material.

This product is the first new polymer to meet the current demand for miniaturization and centralized functions of electronic equipment. The product has many advantages, including dimensional stability, higher performance, environmental benefits, low cost, compressive strength, chemical resistance, and easy processing.
