Xydar® LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) is a glass or mineral filled resin with outstanding fluidity. It can be injection molded into thin-walled parts and has excellent strength at very high temperatures of 300 ° C (572 ° F). Xydar® resin is inherently flame retardant and resistant to microwave radiation and almost all chemicals.
Main features: thermal deformation temperature of 271 ° C (520 ° F); suitable for surface mounting; meeting UL-94 V0 requirements, no additives, outstanding fluidity, chemical resistance
