Radel® polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) has higher performance in our sulfone polymers, and has better impact and chemical resistance than polysulfone (PSU) and polyetherimide (PEI). Radel® PPSU has high temperature resistance and excellent hydrolytic stability, making it an ideal choice for hot water fittings and medical device applications that require repeated steam sterilization. The Radel® R-7000 series is designed for aircraft interiors and complies with FAA's stringent regulations for low heat release, low smoke and low toxic gas emissions.
